Description

Sa Comare is a newly renovated house located in a quiet area of the village of Lluchmajor, 15 minutes away from the airport and 25 minutes from Palma City. The house offers a large private garden with free-standing swimming pool and a built in barbeque. Outdoor dinning table and sunloungers for your comfort. Also located in the garden, we have a toy room for our youngest guests. We do have a bab cot and high chair available on request and free of charge.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a cortesy loo. The whole unit is located on the ground floor. The house is located in a cul de sac, and is easy and free to park outside the house.

Bedding and towels are provided for all our guests. The ecotax in not included in the final price and will be charged at 2,2€ per adult and per night from may to october and 1,65€ the rest of months.

We dont accept reservations of groups of people under 23 years of age. Parties are NOT allowed at any time. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

We had a great stay in Llucmajor. A very quiet town and the pool was great. A very clean and spacious apartment. Many thanks. Sole point, the kitchen equipment could be amended as some material for the barbecue was missing and kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, oil etc.. :)Many thanks for this great stay!

We had a lovely week's stay at Vanessa's place. The property is a short walk from the central town where there are some good places to eat and a great playground in the square which our young daughter loved. The pool was very welcome in the hot weather. Communication with Vanessa was excellent and she was always quick to respond. Self check in was easy and it was a lovely touch to have some cold drinks and snacks there when we arrived. Thank you for an amazing stay. We would highly recommend Vanessa's place.

First of all: really nice apartment and very clean and good looking. We had a small problem with the check in, because the E-Mail how the check in is being done and the code for the key lock ended up in my spam folder and I needed to double check.
