This modern Villa with stunning sea views is located a short distance from Palma, just 15 minutes by car. There are several beach accesses located in front of the house, which are very convenient for taking a dip in the sea, the closest access, which is right in front of the property, has a restaurant with a pool on the seashore, ideal to enjoy the sunsets.
The house consists of a large open space on the ground floor, where you will find all the comforts. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave/oven and steam oven. On the ground floor there is also 1 full bathroom and 1 study room that has a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 5 people and 2 full bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms there is a fantastic hot tub. All blinds and shutters are motorized. Air conditioning (hot and cold modes) throughout the property.

From here you can enjoy magnificent sea views of the Bay of Palma and it is just 10 minutes by car from the island's capital. Mallorca's pristine beach, Es Trenc, can also be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.
